Mr. Zachary Warren is a PhD candidate in psychology at Georgetown University with 6 years experience in reconstruction projects in Afghanistan and Pakistan. Mr. Warren is a former adviser to the Government of Afghanistan's Human Resource Cluster, and founder of the Young Entrepreneurs School in Kabul, Herat, and Jalalabad, Afghanistan. Mr. Warren has written reconstruction grants totaling more than $300 million to support farmers, youth, public, and private leaders in Afghanistan since 2005. Mr. Warren holds a master's degree in Divinity from Harvard Divinity School, a master's degree in Public Policy from Georgetown, and a BA from Earlham College.
